GEORGE BOURNOUS DIRECTOR (HEAD OF EMERGING TALENT)
George has over 15 years of experience working within player development and recruitment, graduating with honors from Brunel University in sports science and currently holds both UEFA and FA coaching licenses. He has shared his expertise and worked at some of London’s top football clubs. George heads up our emerging talent division and has been extremely successful unearthing and supporting some of the UK’s top footballing talents.
REMEJO MCLEAN-THORNE DIRECTOR (HEAD OF REPRESENTATION)
An FA licensed intermediary, Reme has a pedigree of uncovering some of the UK’s hottest footballing prospects. Highly knowledgeable and boasting an envious array of contacts within the world of football. Specialising in player representation, Reme prides himself on offering a unique service to our clients, priding himself on offering the personal touch and going above and beyond
ALI McGIVNEY
DIRECTOR (HEAD OF RECRUITMENT & PLAYER CARE)
Ali has over 15 years of experience within professional football and recruitment, with national recognition and reputation that precedes itself. From this, brings a wealth of youth recruitment knowledge, and professional connections within the UK and overseas, with a proven track record of identifying top talent, having previous experience working as Head of Academy Recruitment, working at Premier League Category 1 to Category 3 academies, supporting first team recruitment. Ali holds the prestigious FA Level 4 Talent Management, Strategy, and leadership qualification, in addition to UEFA and FA qualifications.
